Ingredients:
1 puff pastry
2 large onions
1⁄2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1⁄2 cup shredded Monterey Jack
1⁄4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese 2 cups tomatoes
Instructions:
Sautee onions unl caramelized. Prepare puff pastry. Layer cheeses, onions, tomatoes. Bake 4250 for 20 to 25 minutes. Sprinkle with feta cheese aer cooled.
