Abbott’s Creek Honey was founded by Guy Haltom, who began beekeeping in 2019 to reconnect with his agricultural roots. With a background in horticulture from North Carolina State University and a lifelong interest in bees inspired by his father’s beekeeping, Guy transformed a simple hobby into a passionate local business. What started as a few backyard hives quickly grew into a dedicated pursuit of crafting high-quality honey products that reflect the richness of our local environment.
