About Us
Crossings is a family-run farm located in Lexington, North Carolina. We specialize in nutrient-dense, beyond-organic practices (non-GMO feed) — offering pastured chicken, woodlot-raised pork, and 100% grass-fed beef, along with seasonal vegetables, lettuces, and prepared meals.
Our mission is simple: to raise healthy animals and grow real food using practices that nourish the land, respect the animals, and feed our community well. Through rotational grazing and natural pasture-based systems, we believe we can provide meat that’s better for your health and better for the planet.
Our Practices
We believe food should be as transparent as it is tasty.
At Crossings, we raise our pigs and cows from birth right here on the farm. Our chickens arrive as day-old chicks and are cared for until they’re ready for your table. No shortcuts. No confinement. Just fresh pasture, clean water, and lots of attention.
