Born out of a personal journey toward better health, Heather Abbott Microgreens was founded by Heather and her family after facing significant physical and mental health challenges. Seeking natural ways to support their wellness, they began growing microgreens at home to boost their nutrition. The results were life-changing—and soon, they felt called to share these benefits with others.
What started as a personal project has grown into a community-focused business offering fresh, nutrient-dense microgreens locally and dehydrated microgreens nationwide through their online store. In addition to microgreens, they also provide seasonal produce and farm-fresh chicken eggs to their local community.
