Sunflower Hill Farm is a small, family-owned farm in Davidson County, NC, specializing in lean, mild Katahdin lamb and mutton, soy-free eggs, honey, garlic, and seasonal specialty produce. Rooted in a deep family history and a passion for growing, our farm was founded after returning to North Carolina to pursue a longtime dream of sustainable living. Named after a field of sunflowers once planted by my parents, Sunflower Hill reflects our commitment to growing with purpose and inspiring others to connect with local food.
Our Practices
We farm with sustainability in mind—raising pasture-based livestock, growing produce without synthetic inputs, and using compost and organic fertilizers to build rich, living soil. By cycling nutrients naturally and treating our animals and land with care, we’re proud to offer wholesome, delicious food while contributing to a healthier local food system.
